 March 25, 6-7 PM.  Wet or Dry?  The Prohibition Era in White Bear

March 27 , Minnesota’s Wild and Wooly Prohibition Days
ROCORI DEF BUILDING, 527 Main Street, Cold Spring , MN

April 6 , 1 -10 PM Grand Opening of Bluenose Gopher Public House, 681 Prentice St., Granite Falls, MN. The first cooperative brewpub in Minnesota uses Andrew Volstead’s Capper Volstead Act and celebrates the Prohibition Era in a building once owned by Jacob Schmidt Brewing Company. Live music by Ian Hilmer’s drivestation in the evening, beer and wine tasting in the afternoon, food trucks, door prizes.

April 7, 3-6 PM National Beer Day, Andrew Volstead House Museum, 163 9th Ave, Granite Falls, MN 56241 – beer tasting of Prohibition Era beer, $10 and opening of the Art Spark Exhibit by Jess Gorman with artist talk at 4 PM. Free admission.

June 1, 1-4 PM, Brown County Museum, New Ulm, MN – Wet Stills and Dry Agents Exhibit Opening

July 6 – Christie Home Museum, Long Prairie – Carriages and Cars with special guest Andrew Volstead
